Established in 2007, SISEMA came with an objective to reinvigorate the hospitality industry with its impeccable reputation known throughout the country. An establishment conference and accommodation and has been in operation for the last 10 years.

After possession and a brief period of becoming established SISEMA will diverse into other ventures to ensure a steady flow of customers through its doors. SISEMA is a brain child and partnership owned by the Servite Sisters of Mary in Swaziland, under the guidance of the Catholic Church (Manzini Diocese); the opening of the Conference and Accommodation became the catalyst for what today is Swaziland’s leading selected services guest house chain.

The long-term goal of SISEMA is to become the best choice in Manzini for temporary lodging by creating a differentiated experience capitalizing on person service, the historical nature of the facility and its unique location in one of the most attractive parts of Manzini. We plan to be more than a great Conference, Accommodation and Catering facility.

We plan to create an environment of pampered luxury that surpasses the standard and affordable prices. Expanding our exposure via the internet and introducing the city to people that have not yet discovered this year-round paradise will allow us to maintain a higher than average occupancy rate and above average profits.
